Mysore style astanga - advice please!

I'm interested in progressing my yoga practice towards the Mysore style. However, living in London there are about a million things that get in the way of achieving this. Nightlife being one, toxins being another, work commitments, early mornings and early bedtimes (I dont get home from work until 6.45)...the reasons not to go on forever. Yet despite this, I know the benefits would be really profound. Any pearls of wisdom from anyone who has been on a similar journey? Thanks! x
