SHADOW YOGA REGO(9-14 AUGUST 2004)
FREE LECTURE/DEMO SUNDAY 8 AUGUST @ 7 PM
The practice of yoga is the reversal of the unfoldment of life, since the shadow is the last station of appearance of a single ray of light (the human being) Hatha Yoga provides a step-by-step reversal of the above path of appearance.
2004 is the first time the Shadow School will present the full form of practice. The four fixed forms of Shadow Yoga are the stepping stones in the development of preliminary, primary, intermediate and advanced asana-vinyasas. When the adaptation of these forms have been achieved the learning of the asanas is without obstruction.
BALAKRAMA - INTRODUCTION TO THE FULL PRACTICE FORMAT
(The structure for the workshop will involve the prelude, asana-vinyasa and conclusion).
