Seasonal yoga videos Can't Post
Namaste:
A friend mentioned to me that she had come across a two "seasonal yoga" videos -- "Yoga for Spring and Summer"; and "Yoga for Fall and Winter". She said they were very good, especially for intermediate-advanced practitioners. Does anyone know where I might be able to get these videos? I searched google, but they don't show up.

I'm sorry, but I don't know where you could get them. I've never heard about them. Did you try Amazon?

I wonder what would be different between yoga practice during the winter and summer. How does the season affect the desired practice?

It appears these videos are available on ebay, although I see the listings end in 20 hours. They are also available on google base (which seems to be an online store on google) -- you can search for the videos on google.
