This 9 day retreat is held in Candi Dasa an unspoilt seaside village in lush surroundings 2 hrs North-West of Kuta. The theme for this seaside Bali retreat is "The Power of Ritual". The retreat offers a chance to replenish and rejuvenate in a nurturing environment where you will participate in yoga, meditation and pranayama with Andrew Mournehis. There is plenty of time to enjoy the delights of the area, relax in the pool or a leisurely walk along the beach, Balinese massage, enjoy the Balinese cooking which many of the Seaside restaurants offer. If you want more action there is a variety of activities available; Treking, cooking lessons, cycling, snorkeling & diving to Gili Tapekong are just 20 minutes ride by Balinese traditional boat or Jukung. Schedule Each day will begin with a 2hr practice: 6.30-8.30. Alternate evenings (6.00-7.30 enjoy restorative meditations and special rituals aimed at enhancing personal power, and creating yoy, abundance, healing and love to energise and open the body. The retreat is open to people of all ages, physical conditions and levels of yoga experience. Each person practices to his or her own capacity. Yoga sessions will held in an open air pavilion with warm breezes and wonderful ocean views. Accomodation The accommodation will be at Pondok Pisang Candi Dasa positioned right on the beach with wonderful ocean views. All accommodation is of high standard and style with traditional Balinese décor.
