Dear Rod,

Thank you for recommending my "Hatha Yoga Pradipika".
To understand it fully however, it is necessary to read previously my other free (little) book "Subtle Anatomy", which you can find also on my website www.raja-yoga.org
These books enable you to improve substantially your theoretical knowledge of Yoga. For the practical part, which is the most difficult one, you can use my "Lessonsscheme". This one also is free and covers my 7 years systematic practice in details.

May this gift help all practitioners to reach the goal of Yoga.

Yes! I agree with what you've both said. I'm taking the Raja yoga course that uses this book, only in Korea with Ron Katjwijk, -one of Ajita's students. It's nice to finally see the face that goes with many of the writings for our class!
