Of particular interest : Volume 1 has a book on Raja/Ashtanga(8-limbed) Yoga and another book which has Vivekananda's commentary on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

Of even more interest : The book on Raja Yoga has a concluding chapter that summarizes Raja Yoga. The first 3 paragraphs are about Yama and Niyama. Then, comes the following sentence : "We have spoken about Yama and Niyama. The next is Asana (posture). The only thing to understand about it is leaving the body free, hold the chest, shoulders, and head straight. Then comes Pranayama....." The next 4 paragraphs talk about pranayama upto samadhi.

Namaste,

Rod
