Yoga: The Essence of Life, Alix Johnson Can't Post

If you a new to teaching yoga, undertaking yoga teacher training or even thinking about yoga teaching, I recommend you read the new book by Alix Johnson, Yoga: The Essence of Life.

Alix has done a great job interviewing eight Yogi's and they share their stories ( Donna Farhi, Eileen Hall, Glenn Ceresoli, Muktansand Meannjin, Robert Svoboda, Rose Baudin, Shandor Remete and Simon Borg-Olivier) and telling their path to becoming a teacher.

I find the book inspiring reading about the challenges, opportunities of these talented Yogi's.

Namaste,

Rod
