Thought I would make a start to some Yoga related discussion. Anyway, there are many asanas that help build core strength. I curious about what do I really need to practice to build core strength? What is most important? How do I get the most benefit out of the limited time available? Does anyone have experience with Agni sara? In classes that I have done, it never has be practiced.
