American yoga history books? Can't Post

I am writing a research paper on the early history of yoga in America and am looking for some good sources of information.
Can anyone recommend good books or articles in old magazines that focus on the history between 1890-1970?
Here are a few websites I have found:
http://www.yogajournal.com/wisdom/467
http://yogapilates.suite101.com/article.cfm/north_american_yoga_history

(unfortunately I can't just use online sources for this paper)

Hi.
I don't know of any academic articles, but the Ramakrishna Mission Institute of Culture has a copy of the speach given by Swami Vivekananda (1863-1902) at the 1893 World Parilament of Religions Conference in Chicago.
http://www.srirmakrishna.org/chicago.htm
Here is a great quote form the text;
'I am a Hundu. I am sitting in my own little well and thinking that the whole world is my little well. The Christian sits in his little well and thinks the whole world is his well. The Mohammedan sits in his little well and thinks that is the whole world. I have to thank you of America for the great attempt you are making to break down the barriers of this little world of ous, and hope that, in future, the Lord will help you to accomplish your purpose.'
Namaste, Carolyn.
P.S. also "Autobiograhpy of a Yogi" by Paramhansa Togananda gives an account of the start of Vivekananda's journey to the States.
