Dear Alexandra, Anandamaya Kosha can not normally be visualized. Only people having their divine sight (open crown chakra) can "see" this sheath of bliss. To have an idea of what this Kosha is, however, you can refer to the feeling of love or sympathy you experience towards some persons. Where your energy of love is felt your Anandamaya Kosha is. This means that this aspect of your causal energybody (Karana Sharira) is without limitation and infinite. If you want to realize Anandamaya Kosha you have to find a professional Yoga training as I conduct here in the Netherlands since 1984. Your questions are welcome. Yours friendly, Shri Yogacharya Ajita (Philippe Barbier) Director of The Raja Yoga Institute Co-founder and Member of the Core Group of Samenwerkende Yogadocenten Nederland Representative of Holland in the International Yoga Federation Honorary Secretary of the International Yoga Federation for the European Union President of the European Yoga Council Member of the European Yoga Alliance Member of the World Yoga Council
