Anandamaya Kosha Can't Post

How can the Anandamaya Kosha be visualized? Is there somewhere a meditation procedure for vizualisation of the Anandamaya Kosha? Alexandra

Re: [taotegarfield] Anandamaya Kosha [In reply to] Can't Post

Nice question Alexandra... but I'm not sure, can anyone else really tell you how to visualise Anandamaya Kosa, or is it something you need to figure out for yourself? How do you 'visualise' something so divine? Can it have a 'picture'? I guess some of us may apply a symbol or mantra to represent this, but I dont think it's something anyone else can determine for you.
Are you a visual kinda person?

Dear Alexandra,

Anandamaya Kosha can not normally be visualized. Only people having their divine sight (open crown chakra) can "see" this sheath of bliss.

To have an idea of what this Kosha is, however, you can refer to the feeling of love or sympathy you experience towards some persons. Where your energy of love is felt your Anandamaya Kosha is. This means that this aspect of your causal energybody (Karana Sharira) is without limitation and infinite.

If you want to realize Anandamaya Kosha you have to find a professional Yoga training as I conduct here in the Netherlands since 1984.

Your questions are welcome.

Yours friendly,
