I feel most relieved and relaxed from a hard day at umgd. It kicks me up a notch when I get to hear jazz. Especially my female chika Ella Fitzgerald. That baby got's the sound that settles the ground right on though to the heart. Sweet Life she gives. I love it. Found out that my new relaxation factor would be her new cd. I found it on this site.
