Hi all hope this isn't invasive. I write because i live in an amazing warehouse studio conversion and I need someone to take it over from me. Myself and my partner are musicians and have to take a long tour over seas. We want to pass on the place to someone who will love it. It is $360 a week, our lease is till May, there is the option of continuing the lease also. It is a private landlord, he would like references.
