Yoga for Rugby Players Can't Post

Im new here, but Ive been searching for some advice! Ive been asked to teach yoga to a rugby team. There are going to be 40 men in the class all with some sort of injury - past and present - neck, lower back, knees and more. Do I make this a very challenging class while making sure they are honoring their bodies, or do I make it a gentle yoga class? Any advice anyone has would be great. Thanks!

it might be wise to start with a gentle yoga class and then build from there. the back of their legs will generally be tight, so forward bending exercises, combined with gentle backward bending will help. also you can incorporate neck and balance exercises - start gentle and static and then go from there - this would be my advice.
