Starting a Yoga Studio Can't Post

Everyone,

This should be an obvious thread for a forum for students in yoga teacher training.

If you are thinking about starting up a yoga studio, how can make the numbers come out. Can anyone give a sense of key assumptions:

- I'm thinking of 2 classrooms. How many sq. ft per should I budget?
-I'd have small men's & women's locker rooms + reception area + a couple of massage rooms. How many sq. feet?
-How many people would I need to hire (a receptionist or 2)?
-I'd like to pay the teachers a generous cut per student plus benefits; any ideas on how much this would be?
-What would the startup costs be?

If anyone has info and/or would want share?

Another question that would be particularly good for graduates. faculty to provide feedback, is after graduating what are the common next steps? When should new graduates look at opening a yoga studio?

Namaste,

Rod
