Hey there, my husband and I own a yoga studio in the Boulder County area. It is pretty much a turnkey operation. We have a great location, beautiful space about 1000+ sq foot with bamboo flooring. We have a great landlord and an established client base There is small retail area in the front, and massage room rental in the back that we rent out to massage therapists, rolfers, reiki practioners and for rental income.
