Yoga classes - the power of the group Can't Post

Hi Folks,
As trainees heading down the path of Yoga teaching, it is worthwhile contemplating some of the reasons why it is so powerful for students to come together in a class setting.
As with many things Yogic, the Australian Institute of Yoga Therapy pinpoints 8 aspects, or limbs (astanga) that lead to the "power of the group". They are:
ACCEPTANCE
SUPPORT
COMMUNITY
SHARING
MOTIVATION
CONFIDENCE
RE-ASSURANCE
PATHWAY TO ACTION

If some of you are interested, then perhaps we could ease out each of the asta anga (8 limbs) that lead to the power of a group class.

I look forward to any feedback
