spacey meditator syndrome Can't Post

Hi all,
I've had a lot of problems this year with being too spacey. I've finally found a book through the web that has addressed this issue and a lot of other safety issues with yoga and meditation. It's called 'Hidden Dangers of Yoga and Meditation', by Del Pe. It's quite comprehensive, and describes problems that can occur, particularly from mixing practices, and lack of understanding about the nature of kundalini energy. I've found it invaluable. I think I've experienced a lot of problems from attending a mixture of weekly classes and workshops without having anyone to guide me through the process. Looking back on some of the intensives I've attended, I really don't think people's mental well-being is cared for in many situations. Any comments?
Regards, Carolyn
